About This Stay

Enjoy a well deserved family holiday at this beautiful large beach house with ocean views, located within an easy 150m flat walk to Copacabana Beach, shops and cafes. Swim safely between the flags, patrolled by surf club in warmer weather. Comfortably accommodates 12 people with 4 bedrooms.

Spacious open and beautifully appointed upstairs living area with a fireplace, kitchen and balcony with ocean views. Loungeroom with large flat screen Samsung Smart TV, large L-shaped leather lounge with two reclining seats. Downstairs pool/snooker table room with another smart Sony TV with Google and DVD player, plus a games room with table tennis. Lots of board games to play.

Two bedrooms downstairs: main bedroom with 1 Queen size bed; second bedroom with 1 Double and 2 Singles.
Two bedrooms upstairs: main with 1 Queen size bed and balcony with ocean views, second bedroom with 1 Double bed and 2 Single beds. Bedrooms also include wardrobes, ceiling fans and heaters, quilts with quilt covers, pillows and blankets. Bed Linen and bath towels are provided. All beds are made for you. Please provide your own beach towels.

There are 2 bathrooms, one located downstairs with shower and toilet and one located upstairs with shower, bath, toilet and a large double basin area. Large laundry downstairs with top loader washing machine and two dryers.

Large backyard lawned area with entertaining deck, outdoor lounge and BBQ. Secure fencing. Downstairs courtyard with clothes line and outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Offroad parking for 4 cars on driveway.

This house is offered to family oriented guests seeking a quiet escape who will respect the surrounding tranquility of this and neighbouring properties. Parties and schoolies gatherings are strictly excluded. STRICTLY NO SMOKING!

Copacabana is a picturesque coastal village on the New South Wales Central Coast located 90 minutes drive north from Sydney CBD. Approximately 15 minutes from Terrigal and 5 minutes from Avoca Beach.

Copacabana is nestled between Avoca and MacMasters Beaches. Cochrane Lagoon with its beautiful wildlife divides Copacabana and MacMasters Beaches with Copa being at the northern end. There is also a rock pool that is perfect for children as well as the lagoon.

Local shops are very close. A level short walk to cafes, bakery, restaurants, general store, bottle shop, chemist, hairdresser and playgrounds.

Enjoy a walk along the beach to Cochrane Lagoon, MacMasters Beach and nature walking trails in the Bouddi National Park plus Captain Cook Lookout.

Addtional InformationBed linen and bath towels are provided. All beds are made for you. The house sleeps 12. There are 2 x Queen size beds, 2 x Double size beds and 4 x Single size beds. Please provide your own beach towels. Bath towels are not to be taken to the beach.

On the day of arrival we will SMS to you a four-digit passcode to enter into the key safe found to the left-hand side of the front door. The four-digit code will give you access to two sets of house keys. We recommend leaving one set of keys in the key safe incase you lock yourself out. On the day of departure we ask that you return both sets of keys back into the key safe. Please also on your day of departure, empty all inside rubbish bins into the wheelie bins provided. Please place wheelie bins on the edge of the road on Sunday for early collection on Monday morning.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Thank you
