I am Australian born. I have travelled extensively, and worked in Hotels , Restaurants and Private Yachts around the World for over 20+ Years. Here at “SIX O’CLOCK SHADOWS” the 4 Bedroom Accommodations reflects the four main chapters of my life, where I have spent my years of travel and work in Hospitality. * Orbost, Australia. * London, U.K. * Florida, U.S.A. * Cabo San Lucas, Mexico . Food and Entertaining, Cooking, Gardening and Creating in my Art all come together as I return back to my roots here in East Gippsland, where I still call this “Home”. 6 O”CLOCK SHADOWS gets it’s name from the beautiful late afternoon shadows that creep across the valley at ‘golden hour’ 6.00pm, where the serenity calms your day. Also, as a place that is close to your Host’s heart, Lynn’s father uses to pour a wine at 6.00pm and call his children for a daily chat. Fond memories.
