Booking payment overview for hosts

 

There are 2 booking options for hosts and guests:

  1. INSTANT BOOKING: This option allows guests and hosts to confidently book a property with instant confirmation and payment.

  2. REQUEST BOOKING: With this option, hosts can review the booking details to ensure it fits their requirements before confirming. For guests selecting REQUEST BOOKING, payment authorization occurs when checking out, and the payment is only captured once the booking is confirmed, completing the transaction. If a REQUEST BOOKING is declined by the host, the total amount authorized will be released. While no funds are deducted from the guest’s account, it may take up to 24 hours for the authorization to be released by the financial provider.
