For the initial 12 months, the first 300 hosts joining our community can list their properties for short stays, long stays, &/or home swaps without any service fees or annual membership fees. Following this period, Premium Host &/or Swap Memberships are $79 annually.

- Click CONFIRM; no checkout needed! Once you return to ADD NEW LISTING, you will have access to all 3 listing options.
If you don’t succeed in arranging a home swap during our 12-month LAUNCH PROMO, we will gift you with a 2nd year’s membership on us!

Following the initial 12-month LAUNCH PROMO period hosts will need to select the Premium Host &/or Swap membership to continue advertising their home swap listing.
While you might just list a home swap, you’ll also gain access to both long-stay and short-stay listings as an extra perk!

Absolutely, and vice versa! You can even swap your home for a campervan or houseboat!
Each home swap listing will note whether or not they are interested in swapping their vehicle. From there, you can reach out to discuss the finer details (i.e. airport pickups).
When it comes to insurance, we recommend checking with your provider, however, in most cases all you need to do is add your swap guest as a driver on your policy.
‘Good to Book’ is an Australian-based searchable guest database for accommodation providers. Short Stays use the ‘Good to Book’ database as a risk management tool to ensure no registered rogue guests book accommodation on our platform.
While we recommend checking in with your insurance provider and explaining the home swap process for confirmation but generally speaking, if your home and contents are already insured – then you’re covered! No need to seek any additional short stay or landlord insurance cover.
We have prepared all the necessary resources and templates you might need or like to use to ensure a seamless home swap experience!
