Set back from the road, the two-bedroomed beach home is a peaceful retreat into Loch Sport’s natural surrounds.

Please don’t hesitate to ask for any directions/further guidance. It’s a beautiful area to explore and we hope you love every minute of it.

The space
A two storey beach home with an air-conditioned open living space, indoor and outdoor dining areas with adjacent bar, and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry area.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen bed, private balcony and in-wall air conditioning.
Down the hall is the second bedroom with a queen and single bed inside.

Towels and bed linens are provided (1 full bed set and 1 bath towel per guest). We recommend bringing your own beach towels to enjoy.

There is WiFi available throughout the property.

Pets welcome, and in the rear courtyard there is a gate with private access to the local nature reserve (keep an eye out for the family of Kangaroos!)

Guest access
Guests welcome in all areas of the house except garage (there is a paved driveway for free parking)

No smoking

The main entrance to the house is located adjacent to the driveway on the side patio (by the barbecue and key lock box)

Other things to note
There is a Foodworks and pharmacy both a 7min drive away.
The local bakery/coffee shop is a minute away (open Fri – Sun)

For big grocery shopping needs, you may like to stop at the supermarkets in Sale on the way to Loch Sport. Alternatively, Coles and Woolworths also deliver to this address.

Loch Sport runs on tank/rain water and we try to conserve as much as possible. Although the water is safe to drink you may like to boil the water or bring bottled water.
