Pricing
Our booking structure allows for a cost reduction if your guest numbers are 6 or under, so that you only pay for bedroom suites you use. Pricing starts at 2 guests and increases at $50 per person/per night up to 8 guests. Please make sure you enter the correct number of guests that will be staying at booking. We can cater for 8 guests being 8 adults or children total, with a possible 1 extra child on a folding bed ($50 per stay and $50 per night), or infant in a Port-a-Cot ($25 per stay). All bed linen and towels (including a spa towel) are included and provided by a linen service.

We allocate 2 guests to a bedroom (unless there’s an odd number). If you’d like extra or all suites to be available (1 person per suite for instance, if your booking is 6 guests or under) there will be a $100 per extra suite fee (per booking) to cover the extra cleaning/linen/setup costs. This will be charged through the platform. Please let us know AT BOOKING if you need extra suites made up. Unneeded bedrooms will be locked. If you wait till check-in to let us know we may not be able to facilitate this on the day and there will be a callout fee charged for the caretaker.
