Experience a stunning home situated by a beautiful blue, shark-free lake, complete with a swimming pool, spa, fishing opportunities, and water sports. It’s conveniently located near the beach and theme parks.
• Minimum stay: 5 days
• Minimum age: 25
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests, including up to 5 children (additional $25 per night for babies, with a maximum of 12 on-site including visitors). For babies/infants we can provide a baby bath, change table, baby monitor, cot/high chair, baby sitting recommendations, kids tableware, baby safe gates and fire screen ON REQUEST. We also have a dedicated playroom, outdoor playground and children’s bikes. All power point have safety cover.

• Strictly no extra guests, parties, functions, weddings, schoolies, sporting groups, bucks or hens nights allowed
• No pets and no smoking permitted

Booking inquiries must include accurate numbers of adults and children, as this forms the basis of the rental agreement. Due to noise regulations, the Gold Coast council limits occupancy in rental holiday homes to a total of 12 people on-site, including visitors. Exceeding this limit may result in eviction and forfeiture of the bond. Local Gold Coast bookings must receive prior approval. The property is not suitable for individuals requiring wheelchair access to bathrooms due to physical limitations.

THE SPACE
During winter, the pool and spa are heated, though not at hot tub temperatures. Enjoy a variety of activities with a pedal boat for the lake, a sailing boat, kayaks, and a dinghy for fishing, plus a stand-up paddleboard and many water toys for the pool. For entertainment, there’s an adult racing car game, PlayStation, roulette, and a games table.
The house is exceptionally well-equipped, featuring TVs in every room, Foxtel in three bedrooms, and free-to-air channels in others, along with Foxtel in two main lounge areas.
No one will ever feel bored, regardless of the weather! Enjoy WiFi, a dream French-style country kitchen with every appliance imaginable (including a bread maker), a gas BBQ, a smoker, a charcoal BBQ, and a wood-fired pizza oven.
Delight in the lovely wildlife on the property!
At the lakeside, you’ll find swans, ducks, seagulls, the occasional pelican, water birds, and plenty of fish—don’t forget to bring bread for them! Fishing gear is provided for your convenience.
On the front side, you’ll encounter birds like lorikeets, corellas, and cockatoos if you feed them—so pack some sunflower seeds or wild bird seed. The kids will adore it!
Broadbeach offers a sophisticated and lively atmosphere with numerous cafes, restaurants, shopping options, and a fabulous beach. It’s close to all theme parks, more than a dozen golf courses, whale watching, and every tourist attraction on the coast. You’ll also find the Casino and Convention Centre nearby.
Public transport (train, tram, bus lines) is easily accessible, though consider hiring a car for a few days to explore great day trips. You can visit Byron Bay, Mt Tambourine, or Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo.
Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is just 5 minutes away, the Casino/Convention Centre is 7 minutes, and Broadbeach is a quick 10-minute drive with beachfront restaurants, plus several eateries within walking distance. Theme parks are within a 30-minute reach.
Property security cameras monitor boundaries and entry points (not inside the house). The doorbell features visual and auditory capture. No cameras or recording devices are present in private areas, and you’ll only see movement detectors for the security alarm inside. A Minut device monitors smoke, excess occupancy, and noise levels in central areas. Any presence of pets, tampering with any of these devices or the internet connection, or exceeding the occupancy limit will result in immediate cancellation and eviction without a refund, along with loss of the bond.

PLEASE NOTE: Cyclone Alfred damaged the bail hut, which has not been replaced for safety reasons but has been covered with shade cloth to provide shade.
