‘Good to Book’ is an Australian-based searchable guest database for accommodation providers. Short Stays use the ‘Good to Book’ database as a risk management tool to ensure no registered rogue guests book accommodation on our platform.

At Short Stays, our goal is to ensure that our hosts achieve the maximum return on their listings. To assist you in setting your weekly rate, we provide a complimentary appraisal service that utilizes cutting-edge data analysis. 

This service enables you to estimate your potential weekly rate before listing your space. 

Both hosts and guests can benefit from longer stays! Hosts can maintain income during quieter periods or enjoy a break from the frequent guest turnover. On the other hand, guests can settle in, whether they are moving, working remotely, or seeking a change of pace.
