What if I test positive to COVID-19 before or during my stay?
Whilst isolation is no longer a legal requirement, if you test positive for COVID-19, staying at home protects the people in your community. We recommend contacting your host to discuss your options and considering your circumstances your host may choose to override the bookings Cancellation Policy and refund your stay in full (less service fees) or they may decide the agreed Cancellation Policy applies.
