Rescheduling a home swap

 

If you need to change the date of your home swap booking, here’s what you should do:

  1. Go to MY BOOKINGS

  2. Find the booking you want to reschedule

  3. If you haven’t already, we suggest contacting your swap host directly before rescheduling. You can reach out by selecting CONTACT GUEST, composing your message, and hitting SEND.

  4. Alternatively, you can reply to a message thread in your inbox that you might have already started with them

  5. To proceed with rescheduling, select RESCHEDULE BOOKING modify your dates and number of guests and confirm by choosing REQUEST BOOKING

Remember: Your swap host has 24 hours to accept or decline your request. If there’s no response or the request is declined, the original booking will remain confirmed.

If you can no longer proceed with your home swap booking you can cancel at any time. For further instructions on how to do this please follow this link.
