Rescheduling a booking


 

On the rare occasion when you must reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond your control, follow these steps:

  1. Go to MY BOOKINGS

  2. Find the booking you wish to reschedule

  3. It is advisable to send a polite message to your guest. You can do this by choosing CONTACT GUEST, writing your message, and clicking SEND

  4. To proceed with rescheduling, select RESCHEDULE BOOKING and confirm by choosing REQUEST BOOKING

If there is an outstanding payment due to date changes, the guest will receive an updated invoice for review and approval.

If a refund is necessary, the guest must approve the request for the refund process to begin. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to reflect in the guest’s bank account, depending on the bank’s processing times.

Keep in mind: Guests have 24 hours to accept or decline requests. If there is no response or the request is declined, the initial booking will remain confirmed and unchanged.
