On the rare occasion when you must reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond your control, follow these steps:

Go to MY BOOKINGS

Find the booking you wish to reschedule

It is advisable to send a polite message to your guest. You can do this by choosing CONTACT GUEST, writing your message, and clicking SEND

To proceed with rescheduling, select RESCHEDULE BOOKING and confirm by choosing REQUEST BOOKING
