Syncing PriceLabs

 

If you already have a PriceLabs membership activated on another PMS or OTA, you can easily transfer your pricing data to your Short Stays listing with just a few clicks.

To begin, enter your unique PriceLabs Key at the top of your DASHBOARD.

 

Next, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to MY LISTINGS

  2. Choose Edit Property

  3. Select PRICE

  4. Scroll down to Enable PriceLabs For Price Sync

  5. Select PMS or OTA

  6. Enter your PriceLabs listing ID

  7. Click SAVE

 

PriceLabs updates prices once every 24 hours. If you have recently adjusted your prices on PriceLabs, you can click the SYNC NOW button on your PriceLabs property page to initiate an immediate update.
