Following our 12-month 0% service fee LAUNCH PROMO, Short Stays will charge guests for their booking and send the payment (less a 2% service fee) 24 hours after the guest’s check-in time. In cases where the check-in time is flexible or unspecified, payment will be processed 24 hours after 3 PM AEST.
For stays lasting 28 nights or more, the initial payout will be made 14 days after the guest’s check-in date, with subsequent payouts occurring every 14 days thereafter for the duration of the booking. Please be aware that payouts may take 3-5 business days to be processed, depending on your bank. If you would like to receive payouts within 24 hours of processing, please get in touch with us to note this request. Please be aware that Stripe charges a 1% transaction fee for instant payouts.
To begin receiving payouts, you must establish your payout account with Stripe via your dashboard under PAYOUTS. Short Stays utilizes Stripe to guarantee that payments are processed efficiently with world class software, ensuring timely payouts.
