Linking a Co-host:
- Navigate to your DASHBOARD
- Click on + ADD NEW LISTING
- In the Description section, question 2 asks, “This listing is being managed by”
- You will have two options: Myself OR Co-host
- Choose Co-host
- Once your Co-host has a Short Stays Account, search for their Business Name
- Enter the agreed commission rate for your Co-host to Approve
- Continue filling out the DESCRIPTION section and click SAVE
Once you click SAVE, a property management request notification will be sent to your Co-host to ACCEPT. Upon acceptance by your Co-host, listing management will be successfully linked.
As the property host, you will have full access to your listing information and bookings, but your Co-host will take charge of all guest communications going forward.
Removing a Co-host:
- Go to MY LISTINGS
- Choose Edit Property for the listing managed by the Co-host
- In the DESCRIPTION section, under question 2 “This listing is being managed by,” select MYSELF
- Click SAVE at the end of this section to regain full control of your listing.
