Rescheduling a booked stay


 

If your plans have changed and you need to adjust your booking dates or the number of guests, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in and navigate to BOOKED STAYS

  2. Locate the booking you wish to reschedule

  3. Select RESCHEDULE BOOKING

  4. Input your updated dates and number of guests

  5. Any refunds or outstanding payments will be calculated automatically

  6. Click REQUEST BOOKING to proceed

  7. If there’s an outstanding payment, you will be directed to the checkout

Once your rescheduling request is confirmed by the host, a refund will be issued via Stripe. The refunded amount may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

 

Please note: Your host or co-host will have 24 hours to approve or decline your request. If declined, the previous booking remains confirmed and unchanged.
