If your plans have changed and you need to adjust your booking dates or the number of guests, follow these steps:

Log in and navigate to BOOKED STAYS

Locate the booking you wish to reschedule
 - 
Select RESCHEDULE BOOKING
 - 
Input your updated dates and number of guests
 - 
Any refunds or outstanding payments will be calculated automatically
 - 
Click REQUEST BOOKING to proceed
 - 
If there’s an outstanding payment, you will be directed to the checkout
 
Once your rescheduling request is confirmed by the host, a refund will be issued via Stripe. The refunded amount may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
