Cancelling a swap booking

 

To cancel a confirmed SWAP booking, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to BOOKED STAYS

  2. Find the SWAP booking you wish to cancel

  3. Consider reaching out to the host beforehand via the CONTACT HOST link

  4. Note the listing name and travel dates

  5. Email support@shortstays.au to request cancellation, noting the listing name and travel dates
