Cancelling a booked stay

 

To cancel a confirmed booking, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to BOOKED STAYS

  2. Locate the booking that needs to be cancelled

  3. As a courtesy, you may wish to CONTACT HOST to give them a heads up

  4. Review the cancellation policy by clicking on VIEW DETAILS and take note of your INVOICE No. #####

  5. Send an email to bookings@shortstays.au with your invoice number and reason for cancellation

Please note: Refunds are calculated based on the listing’s cancellation policy. Eligible refunds will be returned to the payment details noted in your profile. However, it may take a few days for the refund to process through your bank. If a gift voucher was used, the value will be credited back to your original voucher code instantly.
