We acknowledge that there may be rare occasions when you need to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond your control. Before canceling, it’s important to send a courtesy message to your guest. Follow these steps:

Navigate to MY BOOKINGS

Locate the booking that requires cancellation

Choose CONTACT GUEST, write your message, and select SEND

To proceed with the cancellation, click on CANCEL BOOKING and confirm by selecting OK
Are there any cancellation fees for hosts?
Host cancellations can disrupt guest plans and undermine confidence in our community. Therefore, if a host cancels a confirmed booking without a valid reason or outside our Extenuating Circumstances Policy, Short Stays may apply a fee. This fee will be deducted from your next payout, with the amount varying based on the timing of the cancellation:
• $75 for cancellations more than 7 days in advance
• $150 for cancellations within 7 days
Please note: Host cancellation fees do not apply to Home Swap bookings.
